President Buhari has delegated Musa Abaji as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
This was unveiled in a letter he sent to the Senate which was perused at whole. In the letter which was perused by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, he said the arrangement was by the counsel of the National Judicial Council.
The letter read, “In accordance with 1999 constitution upon the guidance of the National Judicial Council, I thusly allude for affirmation the arrangement of Justice Musa Abaji as the Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. While trusting this is speedily considered by the Senate, acknowledge the affirmations of my most elevated respect”.
The Senate likewise noticed that in another letter, the President declined consent to the Institute of Chartered Biochemists and Molecular Biologists of Nigeria Bill 2018.
