Task Force Arrested Togolese Man For Extortion and impersonation in Lagos

Operatives of Lagos State Task Force has arrested  35-year old Togolese identified as Friday Kojo around ikeja railway line in area of Lagos during the weekend.

 The  reason for his  arrest was for impersonation and extortion with  fake Lagos Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC)  identity card.

When interviewing one of the  official of LAGESC, he told  firstone news  that the  suspect and his cohort have been  long in doing  illegal business  across the  state with the ID card by arresting people  who  failed  to used  pedestrian bridges in the state.

The suspect claimed to be making an average of N8,000 to N10.000 per day  from arrested pedestrian who  would prefer not to be prosecuted in  court.
