Dubai Hospital In partner with Nigeria to reduce Cancer

The Saudi German Hospital, Dubai, it is said to be working towards reducing burden of cancer in the  country with some local partnership.

One of the oncology hospital unit, Dr Rajeev Kaushai, spoke about this yesterday in Abuja during an interactive session with our newsmen and stakeholders in the health sector.

According to Dr Rajeev Kaushai, the hospital would soon establish a huge amount of money for treatment of the cancer in the state heart-center in Abuja, in collaboration with Nigerian partners.

 These were discussed with our Nigerian partners, and going by the outcome of the meeting, it's was said that it might take up to three or five years to set up the facilities across the country
that would address the deficit in health infrastructure for cancer treatment and management.

They have all agreed to set up a cancer referral center and also made arrangement for the medical experts to take place in Abuja from Dubai to start a specail meeting for patients who arre havings suspicious symptoms about center.
